We use data hosting service provides in the United States and the European Union to host the information we collect and we and the hosting providers take technical steps to secure your data.
While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system in impenetrable and we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.
How one we keep information
The length of time we keep information we collect about you depends not he nature on the type of information, as described below. After such time, we will either delete or anonymise your information or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until delete is possible.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and up to 72 hours after you request to delete your account. We may retain some of your information in order to comply with our legal obligations. If we retain information to improve and develop our products and services we will anonymise it from you as we do not need the characteristics that identify you to do this.
Information you share
If you account is deleted the information you share with use may be retained depending on the nature of that information. For example, we may retain product reviews and display them on product pages. This information will be linked to first name only unless additional consent given beyond review submission.
If you elect to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time after the date you last engaged in our marketing services. We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such information was created.
How to access, control and correct your information
