We use data hosting service provides in the United States and the European Union to host the information we collect and we and the hosting providers take technical steps to secure your data.

While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system in impenetrable and we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.

How one we keep information

The length of time we keep information we collect about you depends not he nature on the type of information, as described below. After such time, we will either delete or anonymise your information or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until delete is possible.

Account information

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and up to 72 hours after you request to delete your account. We may retain some of your information in order to comply with our legal obligations. If we retain information to improve and develop our products and services we will anonymise it from you as we do not need the characteristics that identify you to do this.

If you account is deleted the information you share with use may be retained depending on the nature of that information. For example, we may retain product reviews and display them on product pages. This information will be linked to first name only unless additional consent given beyond review submission.

If you elect to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time after the date you last engaged in our marketing services. We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such information was created.

Nude by Nature Pty Ltd participate in and comply with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks and the Privacy Shield Principles regarding the collection, use, and retention of information about you that is transferred from the European Union or Switzerland to the U.S. We ensure that the Privacy Shield Principles apply to all information about you that is subject to this privacy policy and is received from the European Union, The European Economic Area and Switzerland.

Under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks, we are responsible for the processing of information about we receive about you from the EU or Switzerland and onward transfers to third party acting as an agent on our behalf. We comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for onward transfers and remain liable, in accordance with the Privacy Shield Principles if third par agents that we engage to process such information about you on our behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
