Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your order However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition - unused and unopened with the seal intact - (with receipt) for a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept international returns.
Please contact Customer Care with your order number and they will explain to you how to proceed.
If you choose to return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incorrect delivery, delivery charges are not refundable and you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the products, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
If:
1) the product delivered is not what you ordered (including any Substitute Products), or does not correspond with its description; or
2) the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality,
Nude by Nature will, at its option, deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the products.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.nudebynature.co.uk; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location. In this case please contact the retailer where the product was purchased.
Please Note: We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
When your item has been successfully returned to us, please allow 5 – 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Please be advised that depending on your bank, the refund can take a further 3-5 business days to clear into your account.
All items, including packaging, must be returned to us. In the event that products are missing, the RRP of the missing products will be deducted from any refund.
International returns: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept International returns.
International Customs & duties chargers: Customer is responsible for local taxes and duties. The amount you pay is without VAT, any extra duties will be charged and collected locally as per that country or State’s local tax laws.
Change of Mind
Customers can withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. However the above conditions apply.
Exchanges or refunds for change of mind cannot be offered for:
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Other products advertised as being non-refundable for change of mind
- In-store products purchased from our Retail Partners
If you purchased a product at one of our Retail Partners, please return it to the location where it was purchased. Sorry, but we are unable to take returns on products not bought online from Nude by Nature’s website.
Cancellation Policy
Our order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. This will affect whether you can cancel or modify an order before it has been dispatched.
Please note that these policies only apply to online orders made directly via this website. If you have purchased Nude by Nature products from another distributor, please contact the store of purchase for their returns and refund policies.
